Agreement

By downloading or using Thuis bij Muis, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Thuis bij Muis on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Thuis bij Muis or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the app to any third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the app

Intellectual property

Thuis bij Muis and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Gertjan Smits and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos.

In-app purchases

Thuis bij Muis may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Thuis bij Muis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gertjan Smits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Thuis bij Muis.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the app.

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be published here with a revised date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
